Aerosmith's lead singer (Steven Tyler), and Musician/Designer Andy Hilfiger( Tommy Hilfiger's brother) Launched a new rock and roll inspired collection for Macy's. Last night they held a rockin fashion show and concert for their new line- "Andrew Charles", in downtown Miami. The show was part of Miami Funkshion Fashion Week.
I was able to work backstage, dress the models, and sign in guests. I have volunteered for other shows before through my school but this was by far the most fun! The show itself was vibrant and very rock and roll. The clothing was fun, sexy, and rock-glam.
The fashion show was followed by a performance by Andy Hilfiger himself alongside drummer, Marky Ramone.
This is one of the outfits my model wore. You can find it at Macy's. She wore faux snake skin pants with a mesh top and leather jacket!

Backstage I met and shook hands with Andy Hilfiger and other band members. Andy was very kind and gave all the volunteers from my school an Andrew Charles t-shirt! It was such a fun and inspirational night.
